I had a decent stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, being close to the beach, and the staff was more than accommodating, which made my experience better. However, I had some issues with the service waiting times and the room setup could have been more convenient for families. Overall, it's a good option, but definitely not without its quirks.

Rooms
6.0
The room layout was a bit challenging as there was a bed settee and a pull-down bed from a cupboard, which made it less spacious than expected. Carrying baggage was a bit of a hassle.
Service
7.0
While the staff was friendly and accommodating, I did experience long wait times for food orders, which was frustrating.
Location
8.0
The hotel is in a great spot, easily accessible to the beach, but the beach nearby isn't the best for swimming.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was decent, though I wish there were more variety during breakfast. The main dining area was nice.

7.2/10

I had a decent stay at this hotel, but it definitely showed its age. The rooms were clean and had a small kitchenette which was handy, but the bathroom felt a bit outdated. The location was perfect, not too far from the town and beaches, making it really convenient. While the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, I was disappointed by the dining options, which weren't great. Overall, for the price, it was okay, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and well-appointed, featuring a small kitchenette and a full-sized refrigerator. The bathroom was adequate but a bit dated.
Service

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Louise, who went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home.
Location

The hotel is in a great location, close to the center of town and beautiful national seashore beaches, making it very convenient for exploring.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining experience to be quite disappointing; the food was not very tasty, which was surprising given the price.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were nice, with well-manicured grounds and a lot of onsite options, though nothing too luxurious.

5.0/10

I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. The location is convenient with easy access to the beach and bike trails, but the rooms left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, I encountered significant cleanliness issues in the rooms, which really dampened my stay. Additionally, the service was lacking, especially when I raised my concerns. On a positive note, the pool area was nice and enjoyable, although the dining options were quite limited.

Rooms
5.0
The room cleanliness was very poor, and I found items left behind by previous guests. It had a musty smell and, rather misleadingly, featured a Murphy bed instead of a full bed.
Service
I was horrified by the dirty room and the night staff showed no interest in addressing my complaint. Their response was disappointing, especially when considering the fees.
Location
6.0
The location is decent, right on Cape beach, and close to bike trails, but it's nothing particularly attractive. It was hard to enjoy hanging out comfortably in the room, especially due to its location in the eel grass.
Dining
5.0
Dining wasn't available at the property, and with limited hours, it was hard to find meals, particularly since everything closed by 7 PM.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area was enjoyable and well-maintained, adding a nice touch to the stay despite other shortcomings.

6.2/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean enough, but quite small, and I had some trouble getting into mine. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay feel a bit more welcoming. The location was great, offering a nice, quiet setting with easy access to the bus. However, the breakfast options were very limited, and the fitness facilities could have been better. Overall, it was decent value for the money, but there were definitely some areas for improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was clean but way too small for my liking. I also had to deal with an issue accessing it, which was a little frustrating.
Service
8.0
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They informed me about the shuttle service that ran every 30 minutes, which was a nice touch.
Location
9.0
The hotel is situated in a nice, quiet area that's convenient to everything. I felt safe during my stay, and the bus stop nearby made getting around easy.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were quite limited, especially for breakfast. They only had donuts available, which was disappointing.
Facilities
5.0
The fitness center had a very limited set of weights. It could definitely use some more equipment to be a proper workout space.

5.8/10

The hotel offers a nice, quiet setting with easy access to various attractions. The rooms were immaculate but quite outdated, lacking sufficient outlets and space for the six guests we booked for. The service varied, with some staff being cheerful and helpful while others were less accommodating. Additionally, the dining options were limited, as breakfast items were often unavailable, which was disappointing.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were immaculate, although they felt outdated and were a bit cramped for our group of six. There were limited outlets available, which was inconvenient.
Service
5.0
While some staff members were cheerful and helpful, I did encounter a few who were rude and unaccommodating, especially when I asked for extra pillows.
Location
7.0
The location was nice and offered a quiet atmosphere, but it was disappointing to find no beach view unless you were a 'member.' It was conveniently close to downtown, though.
Dining
5.0
Sadly, the dining options were lacking, as breakfast was often cancelled or out of key items, such as eggs.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities included indoor and outdoor pools, which were nice, but otherwise didn't stand out.
